Senior Sales Director

 

As a Senior Sales Director, your role is to bring in new business across North America markets. You will be expected to consistently hit sales booking targets by selling Kaybus Knowledge Automation SaaS solution to large and medium enterprise accounts. You must have a strong consultative sales approach and a passion for selling new solutions to executives facing challenging business problems. You act as a trusted adviser, problem solver, and master of the sales process.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage of your contacts and prospecting ability to identify and develop new opportunities

  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the Kaybus Knowledge Automation Platform in person and via web conference

  • Creativity to position Kaybus as the right Knowledge Automation solution to many different use cases in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and other functional business areas

  • Confidence to engage with senior level executives and operational teams with equal degree of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-up

  • Proven record of prospecting, developing, and closing net new business opportunities

  • Accurate sales pipeline management through Salesforce.com

  • Exceptional organization skills

  • Teamwork and strong communication skills are a must

 

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 8+ years experience as top performing sales representative penetrating enterprise accounts

  • SaaS (Software as a Service) and on-premise enterprise software experience

  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment (we are a start-up)

  • Knowledge/experience selling any of enterprise Portal, Content Management, Search, Collaboration, SFA

  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce.com

  • Up to 50% travel required

As a Senior Sales Engineer, your role is to work directly with the Kaybus sales representatives to bring in new business across North America markets. You will be expected to master the usage and full capability of the Kaybus Knowledge Automation SaaS solution and support all sales activity.  You must articulate technology and product knowledge to both business and technical users and have a passion for introducing new solutions to challenging business problems.

 

You act as a trusted technology and solutions adviser, problem solver, and master of the sales engineering process.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage of your contacts and prospecting ability to identify and develop new opportunities along with the sales representatives

  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the Kaybus Knowledge Automation Platform in person and via web conference

  • Articulate and demonstrate Kaybus solutions, influence customer’s technical requirements, and design solutions to meet each customer needs

  • Creativity to position Kaybus as the right Knowledge Automation solution to many different use cases in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and other functional business areas and build solution designs for each use case with assistance from Kaybus professional services team

  • Confidence to engage with senior level executives and operational teams with equal degree of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-up

DevOps Engineer

 

As a DevOps Engineer, you must be passionate about production operations, systems engineering, and building new infrastructure to scale out internet-facing applications. We are constantly building new infrastructure and scaling out our existing infrastructure – all in order to meet and exceed the scale demands in multiple geographic regions.

 

The ideal candidate will be a developer and a systems engineer with ample experience on the Linux command line. You should be interested in building tools for automating the deployment, management, and monitoring of applications running across multiple clouds. Previous experience with cloud infrastructures, AWS or configuration management tools is needed. Candidates should have the maturity and accountability to oversee an enterprise grade cloud-based production system.

 

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with developers in supporting new applications, features, and services

  • Build and work on system configuration management and automation using ansible, bash, and docker.

  • Maintain and deploy our multi-tenant cloud solutions, which support the largest enterprises and their partners and customers

  • Ensure reliability, security, scale and performance of production environment to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree required

  • Must have 3+ years of production operations or systems engineering experience

  • Must have some development experience.

  • Must have experience on AWS (ec2, s3, route 53).

  • Must have experience working with agile teams delivering frequent releases

  • Must have experience building and configuring monitoring systems (Zabbix)

  • Must have experience with configuring continuous integration tools - Jenkins

  • Experience with deployment automation tools (Ansible)

  • Experience with system administration of systems running Linux (Ubuntu)

  • Experience with database administration, performance tuning, and scaling: MongoDB, Postgres DB.

  • Experience with cloud based infrastructure and server and storage virtualization

  • Experience with scripting languages: Perl, Python, Ruby, shell scripting and node.js

  • Passion for operating systems internals, performance, scale, security, distributed systems, embedded systems and computer networks

  • Must be able to debug and diagnose issues and optimize performance from an end to end perspective in a multi-tier distributed system

 Product Marketing Manager

 

As a byproduct of our growth we are looking to bring on-board a talented Product Marketing Manager to develop strategies and manage tactics around what to say, who to say it to and when to say it.  The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating strategy and also execution for all of Kaybus's social media channels,  working with our PR team to help coordinate execution of PR tactics, and driving our Analyst Relations program.   Working with our external PR firm to create compelling stories around our industry leading products providing unique solutions within an exciting and growing field.   Our ideal candidate will be creative, innovative and accustomed to working in a scrappy and fast-paced environment.  

 

Responsibilities:
  • Implement our social media strategies to engage clients and prospects, driving traffic to the firm’s website, and expanding our brand awareness and digital media footprint
  • Manage online and digital content, optimizing for search engine visibility 
  • Transform technical presentation material into engaging content; repurpose content through all channels of marketing
  • Manage the firm’s brand across all media, ensuring consistent and proper usage 
  • Distribute firm communications to clients and prospects
  • Work in tandem with PR firm to implement all PR strategies 
  • Coordinate the creation of advertising and collateral material 
  • Maintain data and create monthly reports for marketing and business development activities 
  • Work with Information Technology and Web Development teams to ensure there is technical capability to deliver, capture and ensure success of key aspects – such as landing pages, tracking codes and integration of analytics

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • 3-5 years of strong Direct Marketing, Search Engine Marketing / Paid Search experience, Digital Marketing and Lead Generation 

  • Experience in using paid search platforms (Google AdWords, Bing Ads) to scale and optimize campaign; Google and Microsoft certifications are desirable

Video Intern

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fun, collaborative startup in the heart of SOMA. The video intern will work closely with our marketing team on a variety of creative projects with plenty of room to explore concepts and contribute. This is a paid internship, working at 25 hours weekly with a flexible schedule beginning as soon as available. Multimedia majors are encouraged to apply.
