As a Senior Sales Engineer, your role is to work directly with the Kaybus sales representatives to bring in new business across North America markets. You will be expected to master the usage and full capability of the Kaybus Knowledge Automation SaaS solution and support all sales activity. You must articulate technology and product knowledge to both business and technical users and have a passion for introducing new solutions to challenging business problems.
You act as a trusted technology and solutions adviser, problem solver, and master of the sales engineering process.
Leverage of your contacts and prospecting ability to identify and develop new opportunities along with the sales representatives
Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the Kaybus Knowledge Automation Platform in person and via web conference
Articulate and demonstrate Kaybus solutions, influence customer’s technical requirements, and design solutions to meet each customer needs
Creativity to position Kaybus as the right Knowledge Automation solution to many different use cases in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and other functional business areas and build solution designs for each use case with assistance from Kaybus professional services team
Confidence to engage with senior level executives and operational teams with equal degree of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-up
Proven record of solving technology issues that arise during complex enterprise sales
Exceptional organization skills, technology proficiency, and problem/issue resolution
Teamwork and strong communication skills are a must
6+ years experience as top performing enterprise sales engineer in large scale on-premise and SaaS environments
Solid understanding of enterprise security, data privacy, user access requirements as they relate to SaaS deployments
Experienced in data integration, application integration, solution requirements and design planning
Knowledge/experience selling any of enterprise Portal, Content Management, Search, Collaboration, SFA
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment (we are a start-up)
Proficient knowledge of Salesforce.com
Up to 50% travel required
4 year college/university degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Base Salary, Commission Plan, and Stock Option plan
